Villa Val
On the southeastern tip of the island of Brac, in the picturesque fishing village Sumartin, there is a stone house called Villa Val.
The name Sumartin is linked to immigrants from the Makarska mainland who fled here from the Turkish invasion in 1646.The sea is just a few metres from the south wall of the villa and therefore you can sense the aroma of the sea waves, trees and gravel. In addition to the main house, on the north side there is a swimming pool, garden and a guest house that was renovated and furnished in 2009.Carefully selected furniture with many antique peaces, lots of details combined with modern technology and equipment will make your stay with your family and friends unforgettable. In the main house there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one separate toilet, an indoor wood-burning fireplace, a satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and lounge.
The guest house is composed of a unique kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and sleeping gallery.
